Proposed Amendments to Local Rules of Court
Pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 10.613(g)(3), the Kern County Superior Court is seeking public comments on the Proposed Amendments to the Local Rules of Court, effective July 1, 2026.
Public comments can be sent by email to WMadmin@kern.courts.ca.gov. All comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, April 20, 2026.
