Proposed Amendments to Local Rules of Court
Pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 10.613(g)(3), the Kern County Superior Court is seeking public comments on the proposed adoption and/or amendments to the Local Rules of Court, and Local Forms, effective January 1, 2027.
Public comments can be sent by email to WMadmin@kern.courts.ca.gov. All comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2026.
