A: Court users will have access to minute orders and dockets through the court’s website through October 5. The information will be current as of September 25.

Q: We are concerned about assuring correct filing fees on physical filing submissions without direct clerk intervention. Will filings be rejected if the amount isn’t exact?
A: We suggest parties check the Court’s fee schedule. The clerks will be happy to assist in determining a filing fee.
Q: Regarding the upcoming paper filing, the instructions/rules are to send an original and a copy of each document for filing/court-endorsement by the court. Can we send just the face copies for court endorsement?
A: In order to receive an endorsed copy, the party will need to submit a true and correct copy along with the original. We are unable to endorse just a face page.
Q: Does the original document and a copy need to be submitted for filing?
A: The court can email a file stamped endorsed copy to the party, if they supply the clerk with an email address. However, if the party would like counter staff to receive a copy at the counter, two complete documents must be provided, one to be endorsed and one to be received.
Q: Are the original copies for filing required to be two-hole punched?
A: CRC 2.115 states all papers not filed electronically must be two-hole punched at the top of the paper. We will be requiring the documents presented for filing be two-hole punched.
