MyCitations for Kern County is temporarily disabled due to case management system migration. The other way to request a fine reduction is to use form TR-320/CR320  - Can't Afford to Pay Fine: Traffic and Other Infractions. Please contact the clerk’s office for more information about using the form.

Public Notice: Certificate of Bond Discharge

Effective Monday May 15, 2023, Kern County Superior Court will no longer issue exoneration slips nor provide mailings for exoneration or discharge of bonds. To check the status of a bond, please visit the Court’s website at: kern.courts.ca.gov/online-services/case-information-search. Select Criminal Case Search and search by Court Case Number and/or Defendant’s name.
