The Kern County Superior Court invites attorneys to apply to serve as
Temporary Judges
Attorneys who wish to serve as Temporary Judges in the Superior Court of California must meet certain specifications, which are outlined in the
CRC 2.812
To summarize:

They must be an attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California and meet the other general conditions outlined in CRC 2.812.
